How can I vape without the alarms going off all the time?

Are you allowed to vape inside the barracks during basic training?
Hopefully there's a way to seal off the smoke detectors as well. Or the drill sergeant.

No nicotine at all during basic training, at least in the Marines. After that chewing is very popular, they carry plastic water bottles around to spit in. And earlier this year they banned the sale of vape gear in base stores. FYI, I'm not a real Marine, but I know someone.

Not completely true. The base I work on still sells vaping products. Quite a few Marines vape.
Getting back to the point of the thread. If the child wants to be an adult then grow up and be a responsible adult. Maybe his parents chose those detectors because they don't want their child vaping or smoking in THEIR house. THEIR house THEIR rules. Anyone telling an irresponsible immature child how do disable a safety device is wrong IMHO. What happens if a fire starts in the child's room and people are killed because the child put a shower cap over a detector so the child could vape without being bothered by the child's parents?
