It's no accident. I see it all the time. A newbie goes into vape shop to try out this vaping thing and the unscrupulous owner sets them up with a sub-ohm kit because they know they'll be selling them a lot of juice. You can almost see them rubbing their hands and salivating. This is why something that used to be a niche market (sub-ohming) has become mainstream. Get a tank that uses a coil in the 1.5ohm range, a mod that'll supply 15 watts, and juice at 12mg, and that 30ml bottle will last a week.

10 mils a day is nothing to a serious cloud chaser. Me, I'm a halfbreed flavor and cloud chaser. I want a bit lower wattage, lower temp so as not to destroy flavor but, I want a decent cloud too.

I do sub ohm (0.5 range) depending on juice 25 to 40 watts. Run about 5 to 7 mils used per day but, 10 mils is nothing with a flavor I adore or, a stressful day.

In the early days, it was Greensmoke, White Cloud, Halo, V2 and others like them trying to turn $400-worth of cartomizers and cig-a-like batteries per year into $2,500-worth of goods.
Now we have Vaporfi trying to turn $500-worth into $1,500 of liquids, coils and mods.
..and then the 'real' vaping shops just desperate to turn $2.40 of liquid into $16.99 of so-called 'premium' e-liquid.
100ml of juice could well be $75 from May 20th in the UK.
So, everybody who sells juice and coils wants people to vape as much as possible to turn a $1,000 a year habit/hobby into a $3,000 one.

I call it the 'coffee shop' principle where people treat themselves "because we deserve it" and by the end of the year, they have spent far more than they can believe but because it's the drip, drip out of the wallet every day, they somehow don't see they are being taken for a ride.
A bit like tobacco smokes - in the end you simply shut out all thought and just pay the man.

Don't pay the man. Find the loopholes. Get to drive a faster car or go on more vacations with your money instead.

It's good to have a range of devices. I still use and enjoy my iStick 30w with a Nautilus tank and 10ml will last me a week. Where as my TFV8 will burn through 12ml in a day. I just run DIY unflavored juice through for two or three tanks until the flavor runs out then stick a tank of nice juice in to get the favor back. When i run out of my stock of shop bought juices i'll dabble with making my own flavored juices.

I take a 1.4ohm kanthal subtank mini on my provari and I can tootle puff my work day and come home with juice still in the atty. Sit down at home and start hitting on a nice .3 stainless clapton build then it seems every half hour I'm filling the subtank or merlin.
I do feel a tiny bit sorry for those who have guzzling attys and buy juice, they have to take the next step into DIY to be able to enjoy that vape or a step back with a higher ohm atty to be able to afford that vape. A shop owner can easily sell a cloud machine to a poser but some of us have taken all the steps to make our vape experience the best it can be.

so is it possible to put such an atty that runs something like a 1ohm or 1.4ohm coils, on the alien 220w? sorry if this is a stupid question just wanna make sure aha

Yep, just use the correct wattage for the coil. I've used a Nautilus with a 1.8 ohm coil on my RX2/3 capable of 200w. I just set the wattage at a happy 14w and with three batteries it lasted for ages :)

Yes it's possible, most mods are usable with any atomizer with 510 connector. If you dont want to build, the Nautilus/Nautilus 2 tank might be a good choice, it's an MTL tank though, so you pretty much have to change your vaping style/draws.

can i ask what you mean by change draws? like how i inhale?
there are 2 main "draw style" in how we vape, Direct Lung (usually with sub-ohm builds) or Mouth to Lung (higher ohm builds).
MTL basically you mimic how you inhale a cig, draw-hold vapor in mouth-inhale-exhale.
while Direct Lung you inhale vapor directly into your lungs, think of how you inhale air from a balloon.

You can put any ohm coil onto any hitter as long as the hitter is designed to fire that coil. Low ohm coils won't fire on some hitters that have a 1.2ohm minimum on them like the provari and a lot of older units. Today's mods can fire just about anything you put on them, just have your power setting correct and vape away. My wife vapes a 1.6ohm in a subtank mini and in that same subtank I can vape a .5ohm stainless clapton.
