How do I clean a Kanger MT3 ?

take it apart, rinse in water, soak in vodka for 30 minutes or so, then rinse and dry.

Vinegar is perfectly fine for a quick clean. Take it apart, rinse with water, let it soak a minute in vinegar, rinse with water again, let it dry. If you get it on the coils though, make sure you rinse that part out very well.
