How Do I Clear the Alerts List

I don't know about clearing the list but if you don't want to receive any alerts go to settings >alert preferences and then untick or tick what ever your preferences are.

You can also just click the "Alerts" tab in the upper righthand corner of this post/page and follow the dropdown to "Alert Preferences".
