I've come to the realization that I have a sensitivity to PG. I've ordered some max VG juice and anxiously await its arrival. However I have about 8 different mostly filled bottles of juice that I cannot/will not use. I want to dispose of them responsibly. Any suggestions? Or is it OK just to pore down the toilet?

Toilet should be ok. As long as no one is able to drink the juice directly(pets), it should be safe. Though I would recommend giving them to a friend. Waste not! 
You can re-home them. Liquid nicotine is considered a pharmaceutical type product. The safest and most responsible way of disposable would be to pour the liquid into a seal-able bag of kitty litter or coffee grounds, seal bag, and dispose in regular trash. Another alternative: wait for a city wide collection of unused pharmaceutical products.
Last year (alone) I posted more than 200ml of e-liquid off the fellow vapers.
Some of it I could have vaped, but once I have something I really enjoy, the "not-so-good" is never going to get used.
IF they ban e-cigs, I'll have to make up those bottles, but that's the least of my worries.
I saved one particular bottle believing it had some potential. I found it this morning after 14 months. It's not bad... actually tasted of what it should have tasted of in 2012.

Either pay it forward (PIF) or, alternatively, you can pour the juice where there's a insect infestation, using your juice for pest control.
I would gladly pay it forward and would preferred to, just I don't know how to go about doing that. I only know of 1 other vaper and he only does cig-a-likes cartos, and never heard of a vape meet and the reality is I would likely not attend one.
I did check out your link and it appears it was a swap kind of thing. That is all well and fine but I just want to give it away in the easiest no hassle way possible.

Just dilute them with VG. Go buy a $3 bottle of of USP grade VG from wally and cut them until they aren't so bad and use them up.
You can also use them to mix with other things. I buy some flavorings as well so I can 'pump' certain things myself. But I like PG. I'm not a fan of even 50/50 juices. I think 80/20 70/30 *PG is ideal. My main vape is an 85/15. But if you go the other way then you can easily add some VG to what you bought and calm them down a little.
It will reduce flavor and obviously nicotine in concentration because you are adding to the mix. So go little by little.
If not, maybe post up the flavors and see if anyone wants any of it.
