I started vaping over a year ago...did fine for awhile, then sadly went back to analogs for a long time.
I've just bought the new eGo C & quite like it (much easier than direct-dripping).
I tried one of the old juices I had & the taste is not what it was before...I assume it's past its shelf life.
Is it safe to just flush this juice out of the tank into the drain?
Also, I have the original little bottle of juice, along with others that I'm not crazy about (small bottles). Is it safe just to dispose of those in the garbage bin?

This is only my thoughts on the subject and should not be confused with official disposal rules.
The nicotine itself is biodegradable, it was actually an organic approved pesticide and may still be. Homemade nicotine mixes were an organic gardening trick before people realized it was very dangerous.
The flavorings and PG/VG are dumped plenty in washing and food prep.
In that light you should be safe to dump it down the drain.

For the bottles I think you'd be better off to rinse them out with plenty of water to dilute the concentration before putting them in the bin. In a bottle it would be slower to break down and if/when the bottle breaks the flavor could attract some animal someone doesn't want poisoned.

If it's non-nicotine I wouldn't worry about it at all. Do whatever is the most convenient.

Municipal sewer systems are absolutely chock-full of things you'd never imagine. Prescription drugs, hormones, poisons of all description. There is a big issue right now with elevated hormone levels that don't get removed by treatment plants and are turning frogs and other amphibians hermaphroditic, and screwing with their reproductive systems in many other ways.

In light of all that, I can't imagine the trivial amount of nicotine you dispose of in your sink would possibly pose any additional harm.

I recently gave a bottle of 24mg tobacco flavored juice that I wasn't using to a friend. He's a heavy smoker and is interested in the eGo W's I have and now he wants to order some and give it a shot. Of course, the first thing he asked is "Do they have tobacco flavor?" I said "Yeah, and here's a free bottle on the house!" I actually have three bottles of tobacco flavor that I ordered, but turns out I don't like it nearly as much as other flavors, like coffee and pina colada, so I'm just going to give them to friends if they decide to try ecigs.

Anyways, I say don't throw out your unwanted juices. Pass them on to friends to try. They just might like 'em!

I like that one. I have a septic tank. I've often wondered about nic's effect on it. Anyone know?

IDK for sure, but since they depend on microbes/bacteria to digest solids, I'd add some Rid-X or other such septic treatment. Good idea to do that regularly anyway. PG is a bacteria killer. The nic itself is probably a good grub killer for your drain field (but probably too diluted to matter).
