How do I Dry a Carto?

I've been vaping for 5 months now, but I haven't had any luck cleaning and drying cartomizers. I wash them out by soaking in vodka for 15/30 min (with my attys) and then dry them on a paper towel over night. The cartos always end up water-logged ..... When I fill them with juice, it's so diluted that it doesn't produce any vapor. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? I can dry burn my atty to make sure I get all the water out, but I don't want to do that with my cartos - worried I will scorch them. Help!

just blow them out and put them in the oven on 150 for about an hour. can also place them in a bag with some dessicant. just buy some damp rid cut open the bag and poor some into a paper towel and put it in a bag full of wet cartos for a couple days. oven method is allot faster though.. i usually bake them then put them in a bag with dessicant just to be sure they're nice and dry. if you just put th

I boiled a few cartos the other day and tried a trick that I saw on one of pbusardo's videos on YouTube.

When sets them to dry, he puts some rolled up paper towel in the open end to absorb the water. I tried this and found that it dried up my cartos alot quicker than just leaving them upside down on some paper.
