You can get a 510 pass through for $13 shipped at StrictlyEjuice.com, Flavor Shop! along with juice. You can get a drip tip from several other places Jantyworld.com freedomsmokeusa.com wordupecig.com to name a few. I reccomend a 6 month warrantied atomizer from jantyworld.com strictlyejuice.com also has a 6 month warranty I believe on their 510 atomizers but they they are out of stock and sell out fast.
All you need to get dripping is your PT, an atty, a drip tip, and your juice. A PT is just like your battery but runs off a USB port on a computer. You can also buy a wall to USB adapter. There are 3 types of PT's the standard type with an inline battery, a high voltage one without a battery, and the sit-and-go which has a battery that you can also plug into your computer or unplug and move around with. E-Cigs from LiteCigUSA carries everything you need. They're my first choice for parts and accessories. A PT will run about $13, and atty $8, and a drip tip is about $5. I prefer LR atty's and deldrin drip tips. My PT tends to run hotter than my 510 batteries and the stainless drip tip would get pretty warm, the deldrin drip tip stays cooler.
I use an ego usb passthrough battery (which I LOVE) from jantyworld.com if you're of the ego-type-persuasion. You really don't need a drip tip, but they are convenient - I like the tapered stainless ones from goodprophets.com which are on sale right now for .99.
