How do I keep flooding my Aprire clearos?

I bought 4 of them the other day so I can keep different flavours. Now 3 of them are being stupid. Gurgling and spitting. I know I didn't get any juice down the tube. I took them apart, rinsed everything out, dried them off, blew them out, filled them up, and all hell breaks loose.

What am I doing wrong here?

Assuming they are genuine Aspire heads that have not been modified... and although you don't offer any information as to what specific clearos or what electrical connector (510 or eGo)... wild guess is, you or your battery connection are partially blocking and restricting the external air inlets.

What this does is... when you draw, instead of balanced percentages of vacuum being applied to both fresh air and pulling juice to the wick - a greater vacuum is applied to pulling juice into the vaporizing chamber - flooding it.

Read about "Pressure Differential" atomizers, for a better understanding of how your clearos work.

I can 2nd state's post. besides that, I had one that was doing that and low and behold when i disassembled the head/coil. The flavor wick was all mashed up.allowing juice to flood the coil, leak and gurgle.

Thanks! I read the article. It's a bit technical but I think I get it. So I just need to make sure I'm not blocking the air holes? I'm using a Vision Spinner, VV.

Good place to start. I have one of the same glassomizers as well. I have my little airholes drilled out to 1/16th on mine though. Really makes a big difference if you have access to a drill.

I just noticed your postbit, does EFC have a folding team? I used to do a lot of DC projects. Still have a sizeable DC community but haven't done much myself in awhile.
