I bought a bunch of clearos and e liquids, and I couldn't be patient; I filled them all up. I like a couple of liquids more than the others. so some of the liquids I bought when I started have just been sitting in the same clearos (without being used at all) for a couple of weeks. Is this a bad thing? Should I try to empty them and clean them out?
How often would you recommend cleaning out the clearos? I am afraid to do a dry burn. I feel like I will burn the wicks. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Thank you everyone! I can see myself using the vodka method so that I can try new liquids without the previous ones coming into play too.

You could also vape a little unflavored (or just pure PG) through your tank once in while. PG is a great solvent and removes some of the impurities baked on the coil. I do it often with great results.

I leave ELiquid in some of my tanks for months. I do not clean my tanks as they taste like .... after. I try to buy tanks with replaceable heads.

I don't clean them either. I just keep refilling them with the same flavor and when they die, buh bye.

I have a bunch filled with different juice cause I like flavors at certain times. I have never had a problem with keeping fluid in them. My friend says I have OCD but I use a label maker and have my flavors on each one. (ex. peach, menthol, cake batter etc.) Oh, and I use Everclear to clean mine out and have never had flavorbleed. Great post and good luck.
