How do I know if carto is done?

Excuse my stupid question, this is my second day vaping.

How do I know if a carto is used up? just vaping until no more vapor comes out?

or do I taste some kind of burning taste?

I have been vaping coffe flavor, it produces same amount of vapor, but flavor contains little bit of burning taste too.

For me, the indicator is what a slight burning taste. Some describe it as popcorn, for me it is more like burnt marshmallow. As soon as I get even a hint of this, I refill the cartomizer or pull out a new one.

I never thought of it as burned marshmallow, but that's a pretty good description. Ummm, now I'm getting hungry ... guess I'll go burn a marshmallow to eat.

But yes, there is a definite "burned" taste. Plus you probably won't hear any more gurgling sounds, either.

Definately burnt marshmallows, or if you have ever torched a creme brulee, the caramelized sugar on top....
