Yes. They took a while to heal. My gosh they were severe for me. I tested this 3 times on myself over a couple months. Trying to see if I could tolerate any PG. If I start using ejuice with PG, within hours, I will already start getting mouth ulcers.

Thanks so much for responding Buggs and so glad you found a remedy! I have been fighting with these since February of LAST YEAR! First I thought it was my beer (Bud LIght Lime) and thank goodness realized it was the citrus in the beer. I stop doing any citrus -- good for awhile. Then tried not to do anything acidic including vinegar, tomatoes, etc. Was good for awhile. Had a terrible outbreak of them in early December and just a week ago, I got FIVE of them just inside the bottom right side of my lip (interesting here as that is where I always smoked)! I did a heck of a lot of research on here and on the web and found out that many, many people who quit (both cold-turkey, gum, chantex, vaping, etc.) get them. It appears that there is something in smoking tobacco that keeps you from getting the canker sores, so when you quit -- you start getting the sores! I PMed with another member here that found if he gargled with the ORIGINAL (yellow/brownish) Listerine twice a day, he doesn't get them. Even FOUR YEARS after quitting, if he doesn't use the Listerine, he will get the sores. I am trying this remedy first as I really don't like an all VG mix!
