Hi folks~
Last week I purchase a "Vivi Nova" tank/atomizer to try based on how many people on this forum seem to have Vivi Novas. In someone's reply to a different thread of mine, they suggested that I did not purchase a genuine Vivi Nova product.... something about how the volume markings (the ml markings on the side of the tank) on a genuine product are different than the knock-offs.
It was advertised as "Vivi Nova" not "Vivi Nova compatible" or "Vivi Nova style".... so how do I know whether it's a genuine article or not? I know that the obvious answer is to purchase from a reputable dealer, but the dealer I purchased it from is one that is mentioned frequently enough here.
I'm asking this because it seems like all the stuff I got is generic, and only 1/2 of the things I've received work.
Opinions/thoughts about generic vs. genuine? Tips on how to tell while buying online?
