How do I know what mods do 501 accessories fit with?

I have researched (as I said before), but I have short term memory loss, so I am really relying on everyone here to help me. I would call customer service as I am ordering my first kit, but I don't want to be sold things I don't need. Thanks all!

There is a new Ego-T (tank system?) but I don't know much about it. And I have no idea how many companies are using other brand and clone 510/Ego parts and making their own Joye Ego-alike. There is something caleld Vgo but I don't know if it's 510 based. If I was buying one, I would not even buy from a company that doesn't say what model it is compatible with.

Here is an incomplete list of what is 510 compatible and I don't even think it is 100% correct. I believe a Sidesho is a modded M401, and I thought Luci was a Chinese Trio model. I have M401 and 510 and they aren't even the same gender of threads.

Sidesho is a modded l88b-and IS 510 compatible. All mv stuff is 510 compatible.........
