How do I start a poll?

I would like to start a poll but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone explain?

Maybe that would have started some sort of endless recursion, and sucked the whole forum into a black hole or something, perhaps it's better we don't find out.

first you must choose whether it's an outside poll or ecig poll then go to the appropriate subforum. Then you click start new thread. At the bottom of the page there will be an option to make the post a poll.
