how do I stop ECF from hosing my email inbox?

some of the threads i'v made have generated alot of response, and my inbox is getting blasted with every reply(email), how do I stop this?

click on your name (top right) and select 'preferences'

should be checkboxes you can un-check for 'and receive email notifications'
