I've been looking around, but can't seem to get clarity on this issue of the long term storage of nicotine. I have about a 3 year supply of 100 mg/ml nicotine and think I need to store it or freeze it or something. I have a liter of VG and a liter of PG, so I can make any blend, or not. I would appreciate knowing how you guys do store it, and in what conditions, strengthes, blends, etc. Thank you.

I have attached the Nicotine Safety and Handling sheet from Wizard Labs. It provides guidance on storage.

I buy 100mg/ml in the 120ml bottle. I break this into 3 - 30ml amber glass bottles and 2 - 15ml amber glass bottles. I keep 1 - 15ml bottle out for current needs and place the rest in my garage refrigerator for long term storage. When I have used both of the 15ml bottles I refill both from one of the 30ml bottles.

For storage I fill the bottles up to the neck to minimize surface area and air content, this helps with minimizing oxidation. If I had the ability I would package with an inert gas to eliminate oxidation.
