How do I update my avatar picture?

Not sure what forum this should go in. But how do I change my avatar picture? Also, for the FB link in the profile section, it says enter the FB "number". What is that number? I looked all over my FB page and couldn't find any number.

Click on 'Notifications' > Inbox

On the left of the screen you will see an option 'Edit Avatar'

There might be another way that follows a more logical procedure but this is the only way I know how.
