I'd say in 2 years, if they are all gone it is definately FDA's fault because there will be nothing approved to sell.True.
I expect many B&M owners in the US that are closing for any reason (rent increase, slow sales, etc.), at this point would blame the FDA.
Agreed. 1/4B in debt in a growing market looks like poor management decisions to me.Not sure that is a fair assessment. They are miles deep in debt. Regs didn't help but they can't be considered the sole cause here.
Didn't like this one because I like what you said but I do agree with what you said.IMHO, just a couple undeniable facts as it relates to shops and/or companies closing:
We will never know if FDA deeming regulations are a reason or excuse for a closure nor will we know if any closure would not have taken place without those deeming regulations.
But we do know that FDA deeming regulations do nothing, nothing whatsoever to help shops or manufacturers. The FDA is standing at the edge of the cliff to joyously provide that last shove.
It looks like we are going to have toHave shops stopped closing, or has interest just waned?
Should we add RTS to the list?
