How Do I use My Reward Points?

I placed another order today and can't figure out how to use my reward points. All the other suppliers I order from have a box on your shopping cart that allows you to apply them to the order. When I click on the information link for reward points it just shows me how many I have, I know how many I have. So whats the big secret? And why not have it above the coupon code box?

When you are looking at your shopping cart, at the bottom there is an apply points button, when pushed it deducts the value of those points from your order. If you have more points than the value of the cart, the max number is deducted giving the balance of the transaction $0.00, and the remaining points are left in your point bank. Hope this helps!

Didn't see the box although I did see the verbiage about applying them right above the coupon code box. I tried clicking on, above and below the verbiage to no avail. I'll try again next week or when you get some more menthol flavoring back in stock cause I needs my menthol once and a while. It perks up just about any juice if you need a change of pace.

You could also try using a different browser, or maybe even clearing cookies in your current browser. Or, you could also try using another computer to see if the issue is with your computer/browser.

I seem to be having the same issue but also my rewards points are incorrect. I just spent $145 and $6.00 being shipping so i should have 139 pts total. It shows as I only have 3 pts atm. I'm assuming with both the issues that something is just up with the site atm. If anyone sle could pop in as well if there having the same probs it would be good.
