It's because your lungs have a taste of their own! :p

I think I'm on a similar line as hammerfly. It could also be on how you inhale/exhale when puffing.

Here's a fun experiment:

Take a draw, inhale through the mouth, and exhale through the mouth. Now, take a draw, inhale with your nose, exhale through the mouth. Take another, inhale through the mouth, exhale through the nose. Slight variations of the one flavor (depending on the flavor, of course).

One more: Take a huge draw, don't inhale, but instead exhale immediately out of the nose ;)

I realize that some flavors are more pronounced threw the nose and or threw the mouth. But what I'm talking about is something magical in the mix almost a division of flavor I been vaping about 5 years with a break and a goof up here and there but just recently singed up to the board . I think Bakupeg gets what I'm talking about.. I'm almost 110% sure that this secret will never be shared lol.

I think I get your meaning. Peanut butter on inhale and chocolate on exhale. The taste buds are located near the base of the tongue and on the sides. They act sort of like the cilia in the lungs. One side gets hit on the inhale and the other side gets hit on the exhale. The nasal passages also catch aroma molecules and can add to the overall taste and smell. Next time you take a bite of a sour pickle you'll notice the two sides of your tongue will get hit first. Those are the major taste receptors.

Its not a secret or trick. When you sample flavors of different types (TFA, FA, FW, etc....) you will find juices that taste differently and have different effects!. For an example lets take two of my favorite workhorses.. FW Sweedish Fish and FW Ecto Cooler. Both of these two give a strong inhale flavor and aftertaste. The peel orange flavor lingers on the tongue in the ecto, as does the Sweedish Fish.

Now taking those two facts, I would look for a flavor that has a more of an exhale taste and add them together. (I do find some Mints do this, Koolata does as well). Play around until the effect touches each. Share the juice and your friends think you've made magic!

When you make your first "single" flavor juices keep in mind the overall feel of the juice in your mouth, lungs, and nose as you vape. What do you have that PAPER FOR? Write it down!
KNOW your Juice, Feeeeel The Juice. :vapor:

Ohh and if we're talking mixing fruits, ever hear of a neat way to make fruits pop?
Add 1 drop of lemon juice per 5mls. Real Lemon Juice.

Can't 'plain the science... but I do know I have a blueberry (VZ SC)/pear (TPA) recipe that gives me BB on da inhale and pear on the exhale.

ETA: yes, LJ is a critical element (1 drop/3ml) in my fruit jooses!
