Since your suppose to keep these things horizontal when using them so it doesn't flood the atonomize or leak out the mouth piece, how have you been carrying them with you while your using them?

I've been using a snack pack baggie in my pocket that keeps it horizontal until I sit down. But in the summertime it's too hot to wear a shirt that has a pocket big enough to hold it horizontal in. Does it make that big of a difference?

If it makes a difference I have not noticed. I have been hauling mine around in my front shirt pocket like a pen. lol

Up until I got my silver bullet I had been using this and it works like a champ:

Great for toting around your 510, and super cheap too. Now that I got my SB mod I use the Caselogic Diabetic Travel Case which is awesome :)

Thanks I saw some posts where people where carrying them that way. Won't even have to go to buy supplies for the hand sanitizer chase, have an expensive one already I bought at the wild life preserve since the flu has been terrible around here. Will know where to get a cheaper one though to replace the one I'll make into a cig case.
Good tip Scottbee, I'd rather flood the atty than flood my mouth :).

Yup.. as I mentioned in a another thread..... if you just want to clip the PV in your pocket (no cap, no case, just clip it), go to the local hardware store and look for their cheapest telescoping tire gauge. Should be about $2. The pocket clip off of that will fit the 510, 901, KR808D-1 and similarly sized PV's perfectly.

The main concern with keeping it horizontal is to keep the juice from leaking down into the battery and killing it. Fortuanately, it's not really an issue with the 510. It's six one way, half dozen the other.

Cart down and you juice my pool in the bottom of the cart. Not bad it's not going anywhere. But then when you pull it out of your pocket the cart may come off!

Cart up and it may flood your atomizer. Or juice may leak into your pocket. I just use an e-cig case myself. $3 bucks and you don't have to worry.

I don't have to worry about either since I tend to drip and top off instead of using full carts.
