I have a hard case to hold my spare battery, atomizers, 3 6ml juice bottles & carts. I carry my eGo in my front pants pocket or shirt pocket without any kind of condom over anything. I have one of those button clips to prevent me front pushing the button accidentally.

I carry it in my hand. It's conveniently placed that way, and there's no interference with getting it to my mouth.
I have been using the generously sized inside pocket of my coat so far. What I am going to do when the weather warms up again I have not figured out yet.
Carry my 510 in a PCC in my jacket pocket. If I know I'm going to be using it regularly, I just put the assembled unit in the pocket with the PCC, though it's really not too much of a bother to assemble it on the go.
My eGo is usually in a shirt breast pocket or jacket pocket. Also have a $1 button protector around it. Usually have an extra cart or a sm btl of juice too.
I carry my eGo/Riva/T-rex in my pocket with a button cover.

I use a lanyard from COV for the one I'm carrying around while vaping. It's always out of the way and easily tucked into my shirt when doing chores. I don't worry about untwisting the one I'm using until it's time to set it down for any length of time (shower, sleep, eating,). Basically, anytime I set it down, I untwist it so it doesn't connect.... I just hardly ever set it down!
I put my pv in my bra. Left cup and to the armpit side. No one can see it, it can't fall out and stays relatively vertical ( unless I bend over). Unfortunately I now have a bit of a problem. Just got a provari and it doesn't fit in my bra, as the carto sticks out. And it might be a tad too heavy. No-one outside my family knows I vape, so I'm still thinking of what will work come Monday.
I have a Volcano Inferno with the Tank-O-Mizer. I dont really like big cases and things of that sort, but at the same time am paranoid that something will break if it's in my pocket. I usually just keep it on my desk or in the console of my truck.
I use a small camera case from Walmart for my kr808 - holds a couple of spare cartos (with condoms) and an extra battery. I usually end up having the fully assembled PV in my pocket for easy access and only open the case to switch parts. I've been storing it LED up so that the juice doesn't leak out the threaded end onto the battery. It doesn't seem to leak out of the mouthpiece.
What a great idea! I'm still looking for the perfect carrying case. No luck yet...it's usually in my hand or on my desk anyway.
3 or 4 of the 808's carto up in my shirt pocket at all times. Same way I carried cigs way back when 
I just started using a lanyard, never realized how great they were. The rest of my stuff I carry in my ego case it has plenty of room.
My husband actually has a brief case for his "stuff"! It's ridiculous, but he's always prepared!!

I use a hard eyeglass case with e-cig, one or two bottles of e-liquid, a pair of tweezers, extra battery and extra atty. When I am at home, I have found that it is always in my hand or in my jeans pocket, cartridge up. Yes, summer might end up being an issue.... I guess I will always have it in my hand, or maybe I can stuff it into my bathing suit (as long as I remember to remove it before jumping into the pool)....
