I was wondering how people drip. For instance I have a dual coil build on the Plume Veil clone. If I drip through the drip tip will the juice make it to the wicks? Or should I be taking the top cap off and dripping like that?

I have seen some builds where they fold the cotton on top of the posts. I figure that would be just fine for dripping through the drip tip.

I think it also depends on the style of drip tip you are using. Some are easier to drip into than others. I never tried dripping with my 70mm SS drip tip.

I do agree, the reo is the ultimate dripper and does not discriminate between the different styles of drip tips.

For actual wide bore tips (not the regular wide bore tips you can buy that funnel into your regular drip tip hole, I mean RDA's with build in wide bore tips or chuff caps) just straight in... Convenient too, since the MX + Dark Horse can both take 1 full eyedropper squeeze :p

For other attys, I take out the drip tip & drip that way. Only one I use that's like this is the Magma :p

I just recently got a "real" RDA (a magma clone -- I've had an Igo-S for a while as a taste-tester, but it's so tiny it's almost more comparable to a 510 dripper than a real RDA); the reason I got it is because my strawberry and cream DIY gunks so badly in a kayfun, it can ruin a whole tank of juice if I'm not careful. so, with my new magma, I kinda switch around; I often just take off the driptip and drip 5-10 drops on the coil, knowing the magma's well is deep enough to hold any excess. But, because this stuff gunks so badly, about every other time, I take off the whole top cap and have a look at the wick/coil, to see if I need to change it and dry-burn. This juice *IS* kind of a pain, but it's so tasty, I don't want to change the recipe at all, so I just deal with the frequent rewicking/dry-burning it requires; the RDA makes it a lot more convenient, and I don't risk wasting a whole tank of this yummy stuff.
