+1 on nailpolish.. Red for cinnamon, Brown for tobacco, Green for menthol (yes - I have green). It works perfect for me and just a little tiny smudge will outlive your cartomizer.

I use my colors like that too. I have green also:) For some reason I put my blue polish on my sugar cookie juice.

Nail polish! I put a smear of it on the bottle and lid, and a smear on the cartridge, now that I am using cartomizers I am doing the nail polish on them instead. Stays on well, even for the metal types.

The other thing I did first, (cause I really don't own too many nail polish colors) is since I make chain maille jewelry out of anodized niobium, was put a 18g 4.5 split ring around the tip of the bottle lid with a speck of crazy glue. Did the same around the cartridges. Worked for me cause I have a few hundred shades of the rings. If you want to go that route it gets expensive though lol.

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I happened to remember that I had this little clear plastic case upstairs, that had 12 small individual sections in it, so I got that and have cleaned it up. It's just the right size! And each little compartment can hold two cartomizers. So what I will do is make labels with paper and tape, like suggested here, only I'll be putting the label on the container instead of the cartomizer itself. I'm so new to this that I'm sure I'm going to be trying several different flavors, so I think this is going to be the best solution for now. I can change the label over any little compartment as I change flavors in that compartment, and won't have to remember what color green is supposed to stand for. lol! I'm getting to old for that kinda thing. lol at the carto roulette!

I use these Flavor Bands... they stay put and don't go flying across the room like smaller rubber bands. They can be reused over and over again. I just write the color of the band and corresponding flavor on a post-it and keep it on the computer.

Hope this helps. :)

Just put the silicone boot back on and mark the end of it with the initials of the flavor with a sharpie.

C for chocolate, P for peach, etc.

I think, just go to your favorite forum, then click on add to favorites.

Analogs as, I guess, opposed to digital.

No, never get tired of the same questions. Makes it easier to answer, LOL.

I'm in complete agreement with Natalia (thanks for pointing out the flavor bands, I'll have to keep those in mind). I personally use braces rubber bands left over from when my brother had braces ages ago. I'm not sure how they ended up in the parts box for my old RC stuff, but they do the trick and are reusable. since I vape 2 different strengths throughout the day I use a 2 band aproach. Black or clear to determine strength and a color to determine flavor.

I bought some colored caps from Smokeless Image. I write on the bottle which color cap is on the carto I just filled.. peach has a yellow cap, chocolate has a red cap. Sure has made things easier and they're cheap! Only good if you're a carto user though.

This is what I did also

So guys?? How do you mark them? How do you keep them straight?? I've tried marking on the carto with a Sharpie, but it won't stick!! Should I go out and get some little compartmental thangy?? What are you guys doin out there??

One more idea for you, though... I like the nail polish suggestion but I do not have enough polish to cover all my juices and do not want to buy or store any more polishes. I buy packets of small different colored dots. You can buy at any office supply store. You can get many different assorted colors per pack. I put one on juice bottle and one on carto. They are cheap and easy to store with all your other supplies. If you run out of colors you can mark them with sharpie with numbers or dots.

I am also new to using this site. To answer your question on storing interesting threads, I am not sure either, but you can find your threads by looking under "Whats New" on top header of ECF site menu. It is a drop down menu and you can pick My Posts. This will show all threads you have posted on. Very convenient, I use this all the time. Hope this helps.
