Throughout a normal day, a couple or three good pulls and I'm good for usually an hour or more. Early in the morning and late at night I take 8-12 or so wake-up and pre-hit-the-sheets pulls and it's easy to tell I've had my limit. Back of my throat and tip of my tongue react identical to when I'd occasionally quick chain-smoke a couple of non-filter Camels. Boy howdy, I love that Turkish 24 and 26 mg juice.

If you're getting good enough hits, when to quit won't be guesswork.

I'm new to this as well. It's been about a week and a half since I got my first kit, and for the first few days it was definitely a vaping bonanza! I've already cut it down quite a bit and am currently vaping at about the same rate now as my former stink stick habit. Like someone had mentioned earlier, because I don't have to go through an entire smoke in one sitting, I just take two or three puffs off of my pv and put it down for half and hour before I get the urge to hit it again. Love it.

yes, my experience was as some of the other members. I had to kick it up to 36mg to feel satisfied. but by the end of the day, I had a huge headache, blurry vision, and couldn't fall to sleep. so I switch now to 24mg by late afternoon. I vape off and on, but for longer sessions than with anologs, all day. haven't gone back to anologs for a week now.

I do know when I NEED to vape. was at the mall last night and didn't want to stop for a fix because it would slow me down in my hunt. after about 4 hours, I needed a nic fix bad.
