How do you post a pic?

I think Flickr will no longer give a direct link for posting on forums

I use Tinypic. I always copy and mail myself the links because I don't have an account there so it's hard to find my pictures there later. If I have the link I can use the same photo link repeatedly if I need to.

    Flicker will if you know how, but there is a trick to it (reset the copyright licence). Photobucket is much easier.

    You want something like a jpg image (i.e. an image type all computers understand). Then upload it to Tinypic as I suggested or elsewhere and copy the URL that points to the jpg (should end in .jpg)

    Then here in the forum to post the picture big you can use IMG and slash IMG inside square bracket like this but without the spaces...

    [ I M G ] http_yoururl.jpg [ / I M G ]

    (or you can use Advanced edit and use the picture icon to insert your picture which may shrink it)

    lol I just figured this out myself today. when you are replying click advanced options in lower right to get options. if creating new thread it comes up automatically. just scroll down the page below the text box and under attachment click manage attachments. from there you can upload and add it into your post.
