The condom method won't work - because of the flange/plate.

There are several techniques.
I usually drip 20 drops directly into the bottom hole of the carto connector and then drip 20 drops in the the top of the carto. Place the carto in the tank, fill the tank and then take 7 or 8 dry puffs from the carto with my finger covering the bottom of the carto connector.

Gravity and pressure will prime a carto with time.

I like to keep my centre hole free of juice is possible, i find my cartos will last longer this way.

I drip juice in from the top, with my carto on an angle and rotating before each drop. I'll do 3 or 4 drops then let it sit for a few mins, sometimes giving it a flick to speed to soaking time up. I'll also tank my cartos before ive filled them up, so the juice in the tank will also help fill it.

Whole process can take up to 30mins but by then you know its well and truly soaked and ready to go. There is no need for extra priming methods.

I drip from the top. But first I plug the center air hole with a wooden tooth pick. I don't want liquid in there, and I detest needing to blow it out to get juice out.

I slightly tilt the carto between my fingers, and as I slowly rotate it, I drop liquid on the polyfill. I do this until it looks wet like a slushy drink. Then I shake it toward the floor like you would a thermometer. This creates a centrifuge effect, forcing the liquid toward the connector end of the battery.

Then I add more liquid as above, and repeat the thermometer shake. I repeat this two step method until the polyfill will no longer accept more eliquid without pooling. I remove the tooth pick and replace it with a drip tip. Ready to vape. :vapor:
