HOW do you Replace UFS O-rings????

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble trying to change the two smallest O-rings which go on the pin. I assume you have to unscrew the pentagon shaped nut from the plastic piece (which I can't as its too small) as I can't see how the O-rings fit through the metal nut. Any ideas........????????

All sorted cheers guys. Managed to undo the plastic stop piece from metal nut.

Ha thanks for the video I've been thinking about changing out my pin o-rings for a few days now I just wasn't sure how hard it would be this looks easy
