One of the main reasons I use a PG Nic is it, in my opinion, much easier to work with because it is so much thinner than VG. PG fluids can be controlled pretty well and if it accidentally goes where it is not suppose to go it is much easier to wipe up. VG fluids can sometimes be like chasing down an errant egg white.
Another thing I do is instead of working with 100% PG nic I tend to use 60%, the main reason is that 60% dilutes more conveniently into other concentrations (5, 6, 10, 12,15,20, etc.). Is slightly more expensive but I don;t have to fool with 1.128ml measurements. One other thing I do is that instead of using the 60% straight, when I first get the bottle I break it out into several bottles and dilute to 30% with PG and label. Again, sorry, it is a safety issue for me since errant 30% is a lot safer concentration to work with than 60 or 100. Consequently I only have to deal with the high concentration liquids one time.
