Worked for a while now it's flooding again. If I fire and blow down drip tip I get loads of vape out the air holes. Even tried running it at 4.8 v. If it works for a while then doesn't it can't be the set up. Putting paper towel down chimney and there's loads of liquid.

To me you're vaping underpowered. Go up until it stops gurgling and you don't have burnt taste. Either your liquid is too thin, the hole you're using is too small or you're underpowered by a lot...

Do you have another head or a different liquid? Is it the same?

i had the full size nautilus but i expect it to be about the same.
3.8-4.2v
3-7 sec per draw, depending on power level and age of coil
chain vaping: 5-10 sec between draws; regular vape session: about 10 sec between draws for 2-3 mins, then rest for 30-60 mins
70pg/30vg
second largest air hole

this is how i vaped, and it leaked all the time. i think the problem was hot weather as when i had it in a pocket or exposed in 90+ degrees it would leak all over. in about 70-90 degrees it would rarely leak. but i only used it during the summer so my experience is somewhat limited

Angie, I get the crackling/popping on my kanger tanks. I do not on my Nautilus (mini or full-sized.) As far as having to pull the tip and dab it out, try continuing your draw for about 1/2 second AFTER you let go of the fire button. I've found that helps pull any residual vapor from the chamber/chimney and minimizes the possibility that it will recondense when it cools.

I run the 1.8 ohm BVC coils around 10.5-11.0 watts with the largest or 2nd largest hole. I make sure the coil is snug, but not over-tightened. Also make sure all the other connections (the base and the top cap) are snug, but not over-tight. Make sure your tank isn't cracked somewhere and make sure your o-rings aren't damaged.

I run 50/50 juice and typically take a 2-4 second draw. I also try to never run dark juices on my Nautis because the coils gunk up too quickly. I save my rebuildable kangers for that.

Good luck! Cheers.

Thanks for the advice. Will try that. Many said to take long draws 6 or more seconds. I'm finding a short draw seems to stop it gurgling for longer. I have tried absolutely everything. I so want this tank to work as when it is it's amazing. Coils seems to only last me 4 days then I can't solve the flooding so I put new coil in. Think my chain vapeing isn't helping either someone said when juice gets hot it can flood too.

be careful not to overfill or overtighten it when refilling it either.i had it flood a few times for this reason.
