This might seem like a weird question, but I'm curious. I never paid attention to how people smoked cigarettes, until I quit. I was reading somewhere about how to vape and it talked about different ways of smoking cigarettes: "2 steps" (inhale into your mouth, then inhale into your lungs) and "1 step" (inhaling directly into your lungs, like, ummm, herbs). I had no idea any people smoked cigs 1 step. (shudder! cough!) Anyway, I started vaping like I smoked - 2 steps; however, lately I noticed that I'm vaping differently - basically the opposite of "circular breathing." I draw in through my mouth, while at the same time inhaling & exhaling through my nose. When my mouth is full of vape, I inhale just a little (more like a swallow) and exhale a huge plume of vape through my mouth. Am I the only one who vapes this way?
