anybody know exactly how the damn thing is suppossed to work? what color should the light be when its charging? i am getting a red with an intermittent blue! should the led on the tip be lit?

For the one I have (it looks exactly the same as the one innovapor ships) The tip of the battery will only lit up when you first plug it in. It is completely charge when the light on the usb charger turns blue. I have one that will sometimes flash between red and blue when still charging (or even be blue and red at the same time) and then stay blue when fully charged.
thanks! i thought i had a bad charger cuz it was blinking like that! damn it, now i got to wait for it to charge!
