If you want battery power for days and want at least 300-500 charge cycles i would seriously look into an MVP , how can 700+ FIVE star reviews be wrong , read them for yourself.

Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 - 101 Vape

When i read on the "ask the veterans " forum what one vet said about them and a few other vets including Baditude himself agreed with (that guy knows stuff) i knew it was the right choice.

IMHO, the MVP is very close to a ProVari in vape quality.

The comparison doesn't seem fair since the MVP can be had for under $40.00 but it's a stellar device and a real game changer.

I have 6 vamos lol. I love them but I use 510 adapters on everything. The threading is weaksince I buy from china hence the adapters and I have not had a problem yet. I have 3 sigelei zmax with button problems but I love their looks. If they could come up with a sigelei battery and a vamo config I would buy. I hate one button interfaces.

+1...There are adapters that help this issue somewhat...I have 2 Z Max's but the buttons work fine, it is the windows over the LED that seem to fall inward on mine. And agree on single buttons, i have a habit of scrolling thru the menu during a vape only to find I am hitting at max wattage:laugh:8-o

I have had thoughts of getting one myself. But for the sake of discussion there are drawbacks...There is no ability to change batteries, the entire unit must be on charge therefor to continue vaping it needs a pass thru or another mod to use while it charges....The other is the life of the batteries, at 300 to 500 cycles, after that it is doomed and another unit must be purchased instead of just buying a new battery and replace it.

Splitting hairs I agree especially for the low cost for one, just thought to mention the above info for the millions of viewers who are entertaining thoughts of an MVP:D

Remember that with modern batteries you shouldn't let them run right down - it damages them. Let them get two-thirds down then charge up again and use a freshly charged one. They last longer this way. :)

I think the units have a built in programming to shut off at low voltage yet still remaining power in the battery thus avoiding "total" discharging.

I would steer clear of Vamo...bad 510 connections due to soft metal used...I say this because I feel you probably change tanks often which would lead to greater chance of messing the threads up. Try a Sieglei Zmax or Smok Zmax, they have rather stout threading on the 510 connection.

Semper Fi

I can agree with that. I had a Vamo V2 that I am replacing today with a Sieglei Zmax because of the threads. The threads on this Zmax are stainless steel and amazing.

I've had the kamry x6 for about a month now and yesterday it stopped working. I was using it and it was fine. Then it flashed red 3 times. I was baffled because I charged it the night before. I put it on the charger and it's red like it's charging but never turns green. It just continues to flash red 3 times. I tried pulling up the pin in the middle thinking it just wasn't touching to catch a charge but that didn't help. Any suggestions on what's going on? Or how to fix this?

First are you sure it's charged? Second, are you sure your atomizer is working correctly? Have you tried it with another atomizer? Hope this Helps. Best wishes

Really it's a good idea for everyone to have an mvp just on gp's. They can charge your phone in a pinch. I have one, don't use it often but it's there when I need it.

Very good advice. They are excellent. The mvp 2 was my first upgrade from an ego twist that died. Now I also have a tesla a vtr that has the spinning connector, so I don't use it. It reads ohms all, over the place. You will be extremely happy with an mvp 2 if you want to stick with vv/vw. It's battery is great and it vapes well. Very reliable, I like having it around.

Honestly, I would get a mech if you are building. Even if you aren't,get a mech and a kayfun. You will drop your nic immediately, and get taste from your juice that you've never had before. I was intimidated first, but really it's easy and fun. It's a hobby. I build on my mvp since it reads to .6 but won't fire it. Then I get going on my mech I keep my kayfuns around 1.2 ohms, and my rda is at .7.

Be careful, though. I picked up a black copper stingray clone and a brass one, and an akuma clone all in two weeks. I'm done now, but this stuff is addictive. I got all my mechs for less than a provari, though. That's something to think about. Clones are good if you get the right brand, and they will outperform any regulated device.

Also, get a nice charger like an intelichager either two or four battery capacity. And as has been said don't drain your batteries all the way. The nitecore intelichager is worth the money. It stops charging when batts are full. I know it is always a bit risky, but I can leave the house with batts charging and feel safe.

Good luck, and vape on.

LoL, you're not kidding about mechs, they are addictive. I now have 3 and am looking at more! I have a Provari and love it!! It is my go to when ever I go out because I know it'll work every time. I love love my MVP2's, had to get one of those SHINE editions :). I have a Vamo 2 and I do like it but the firing button acts stupid. Some times it fires, sometimes it doesn't. It's finicky. I have the VTR without the spinning wheel and it's great I just don't use it enough because it's so restricted to tank size and they are kinda hard to get off (cartotanks that is). I have the iTaste 3v vv and I only use it at home cuz' I need more longevity than the 800 mAh battery can give me, but it's a great lil' mod. I have other's but none I'd recommend as a go to mod here.

Another thing, is make sure that the contact on your charger is clean. Most of us are pretty good at wiping out the top of the battery when it gets juice in it, but then some people (like me!) forget to check the charger contact until it isn't charging well. Then I look and it's all black and gunky. So, don't forget to check that and clean it with some alcohol.

I "circumcised" my VTR with a dremel, if you can see there is no ring. Now my kayfuns fit without the ridiculous adapter. Unfortunately, with my spinning connector it made the ohms worse. VTRs are nice. If you have the v2 without the spinning connector, take a dremel to that ring and chop that mother off. It's easy, and your 22mm tanks will fit snug and nice. The recessed tank is the whole appeal to me over the MVP.
