I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Backwoodsbrew.net for the first time. There was a small mix up on the order when it arrived. I contacted Don by email and received a response very shortly thereafter. How fast was the response? An unbelievable 5 minutes. No that is not a typo.

5 minute response time.

I have never had anyone respond so quickly to an issue ever. Not only that, it was well after business hours at 8pm in the evening. As soon as I awoke this morning the transactions had already been corrected and resolved as early as possible in the business day: read before 8am. I am blown away by that level of customer service, and think it deserves more word of mouth than I am capable of giving. I will be using and recommending backwoodsbrew.net very frequently in the future and hope you would consider it as well. Service like this is so rare as to be impossible to find elsewhere. Thanks Don.
