In the real world I am the only vapor I know stranded on my vaping island of one. Ya come in here and you feel like your walking into Cheers where everyone knows your name. It's truly wonderful.

I truly agree with you. A very supported culture with many great people.

I love this site and check into it every day. It has changed my life. There are support groups for every situation. I consider this site my support group and the interaction has worked for me. Although I don't always agree with everyone, I consider everyone on this board a friend. No other internet site has impacted my life more than this one. Thank you all for being here. It is greatly appreciated.

Let's see, without having stumbled into the ECF. Most likely I'd be back to smoking 30-40 RYOs a day, and my Blu would be collecting dust. Instead a friend is using it, (she actually likes it), and I'm vaping away with my ego tank. More important, even though vaping doesn't quite get me there yet, I know there are options. I know I can try cartomizers, VV, the huge variety of juices. I know that even if I never find the vaping only solution that works for me there are options like stonewall etc.

PVs have taken me from a smoker with no desire to quit, who bought a PV to get a nicotine fix where I couldn't smoke or didn't have time, to seeing a possible future where I don't inhale smoke everyday, and don't have to be miserable not to. Without the great community here, not a chance the PV could have done that alone.

without the support and info on this forum I don't think I would have stuck with it. I too bought a high price mall kit and it didn't come near to helping me quit. It did get me interested enough to do research and I found this forum. Without this forum I would have dropped the vile tasting smoking everywhere ecig and continued to smoke. I know of others who have done just that, bought a mall kit and never went anywhere with it. But then there's others that I have introduced to vaping, helped them buy a ego/riva kit, supplied them with juice and as far as I know they have never visited this forum and eventually dropped the ego/riva and continue to smoke.

I totally agree. Would I have bought my first kit? Yes. Would I have bought some mods? Probably not. Would I have kept up with vapeing? Probably not.

This community is wonderful and helpful. Without it, I would have given up on my starter kit the first week and would be back on analogues today.

New ideas for old kits. Great success stories, and always people who tried the "new stuff" who are willing to share the good and the bad. These are the things that make this community truly great.
