I have more technologies to learn about, more gadgets to play with, I don't smell like cigars, my taste buds have come back, I don't have head congestion as frequently, I don't cough anymore (rarely at least), I feel better, don't have to go outside for a nic fix, I can get a nic fix while driving (never smoked in my car), my brother and his wife are now vaping rather than smoking. There's probably a lot more I've missed.

More energy and have gotten active in sports again. Serious sinus issues clearing up. Had NO sense of taste or smell- now have 25% and it's steadily improving. No more coughing or wheezing. No more yoke around my neck in needing an analog every hour. Dental cleaning used to be every 3 months, now every 6 months. Dentist and Dental Hygienist both notice a HUGE improvement in my teeth- whiter teeth, gums are healthy. Like Flyer/ poster above lots more but generally overall quality of life has improved drastically.

I stopped smoking. I started in my mid-teens and continued for 20 years, so thoroughly ingrained into every aspect of my adult life and I finally managed to COMFORTABLY stop.

Sure, I vape and people look at me in an amused/mocking way and say, "But you're still smoking." Pshaw, I'm not coughing up grey stuff any more, and I can hear them wheezing and hacking every time they light up.

WHOS LAUGHING NOW SUCKAS?!?!?

It's made me a lot more confident in my personal willpower and given me a new outlook on my life and how I treat my body. I never thought I'd quit smoking. I did when I was pregnant but I was miserable about it the whole time and started up sneaking drags as soon as he was three weeks old and was smoking almost a pack a day again when my son was 6 months old. My fiancé basically purchased our first e cigs and handed it to me- at that point I had no intention of sticking with it same as smoking, eating healthy, exercising... But within two weeks I was hooked and haven't looked back. It's made me decide to not stop there now both of us are working out and eating healthy, have lost 11 and 10 pounds, and feel amazing. I love educating people who ask, have gotten my family and friends on the vaping train and I'm just overall very proud of myself and pleased with how great my body is feeling

20+ years smoker, 6 month vaper.
I can breath better, I'm fitter, less congestion, sleep better (usually), become very self righteous lol, better sense of taste and smell, with less congestion came better hearing and tinnitus has lessened.
Not all good, I've developed dry skin on my face, especially my forehead, small price to pay.

Our two adult sons are so happy that we quit smoking and started vaping. They along with their wives love to visit us now that our home doesn't smell like cigarette smoke. It's also great when we visit them as we can go ahead and vape to our hearts delight in their homes and don't have to run outside to take cig breaks. And we smell so good now ! Vaping is the best - my husband and I both smoked cigarettes for 45 years and we feel so much healthier now !

I smoked around 2 packs per day for 15yrs and tried everyway imaginable to quit with no luck. I quit sometimes for a week some for a day, little will power I guess. When my first child was born I stopped smoking in the house, cars and around my family all together. I hate to say this but a family road trip was like murder. My schedule and actions unfortunately revolved around the analogs. Seen the disposable e-cigs at my local cig shop and asked the clerk about them. He basically explained that many people were so unsatisfied due to battery, cart life and the cost associated with that they went back to analogs. Keep in mind these were the disposables and in my area a pack and half a day smoker is not unusual at all. I figured out real quick the disposables were not for me and going out on a limb to say any two pack a day smoker. I have found, like myself, many heavy smokers are very very concerned they will get caught without. Well I done my own research and found the ECF site, wow what a awakening! I searched around the site a few days and found a vendor within 15 mins of me. I purchased my first Joyetech ego t starter kit that day and have never looked back. I feel much better, sleep better, and above all will not miss another moment with my family due to smoking the analogs. The family road trips don't last long enough.

I truly thank the ECF and all its creators!

I'm a bit two-fold. It's great that my taste buds are alive now, but I'm at that age where the metabolism naturally slows and as food tastes better...I want more of it. I've probably gained 10 pounds in the 7 months I've been vaping.

However...I can also work out longer without losing my breath...so I guess it's an even trade off. As a disabled Marine Veteran, I already have to battle knee issues when exercising, so breathing is one less thing to worry about.

I'm confident that my eating/exercise routine will balance out and I'll be that much better off without nasty analogs in my life.

It's not so much that it has changed my life, but allowed me to continue it in a more healthy way. I never wanted to stop smoking cigars, so I never tried to stop. Vaping has allowed me to just transfer the activity. Plus I'm recently remarried to a vegan, and you can probably guess what a vegan thinks about cigar smoke! Now I can vape next to her without a single complaint. No more going outside, then coming back in, taking a shower, brushing teeth, detoxing, and then getting a kiss only to get a complaint that I still taste like cigar smoke.

Now, I can vape and get an immediate kiss with no complaints :)

I also feel better as it's a much cleaner activity and doesn't stink things up.

But tobacco is still a neat plant, and I think it's like coffee -- very complex in nature with so many different chemicals involved. I roast my own coffee, and I love it. I still love tobacco, but I rarely use it now. So now I vape and drink coffee :)

That's my story.

After quitting analogs I started going to the gym 5 days a week. Weight training has added more bulk to my muscles and diet/cardio has allowed me to loose 15 lbs so that I am back to my ideal weight. I look better and am healthier than I was in my 20's (in my 40's now). I also scuba dive more and have seen quite a bit of improvement in my air management allowing me to stay under water longer on a single tank of air.

Overall, everything in my life has improved and 3 of my close friends have also quit smoking after seeing the effect vaping has had on me.
