Previous attempts just to cut back on number of analogs had me constantly searching for hard candies. This time, I've quit completely - craved candies like days 5 and 6 of no analogs - but no longer. Haven't lost any in six months of vaping, but I'm estatic about quitting without gaining. Appetite? I've cut way back on random grazing and just eat when my blood sugar gets low. The juice flavors have definitely made a difference. Still find myself switching off between the sweet flavors and the tobacco-ish flavors. It's a bonus.

Like others have said, I eat less. I usualy eat HUGE portions as I love the super heavy stuffed feeling :) When I first started vaping, I gained my sense of smell back and ate more. Now that I've been vaping for a month, I noticed that I eat very little and my portions are smaller. Food does taste wonderful now though :)

Sweets? uh no sweets for me.... I still drink 2 liters of Mountain Dew a day. That's my next change. I need some e-soda.
