My dogs are a little disappointed that I quit smoking, its hard to remember to let them outside regularly now that i'm not going out back every hour for a smoke. It took a couple accidents by the door before I realized they still enjoy the 115° yard.

Yea I know that feeling. Luckily it's been decently cool lately. I think the high today was around 95 or so. Christmas has come early in Phoenix this year!

My Lab couldn't care less as long as he gets to play in the mud.

Your dog looks pretty awesome.

By the way, you have been a member since October of 2010, but your signature says you have not had a cigarette in 5 days. What's up with that? Is it not updating, or do you reset it every time you smoke a cigarette?

My roomie's dog really despised smoking, and would run into the other room when I lit up. Now when I start vaping, she tenses like she's gonna run, then she stops and sniffs the vapor with a really perplexed look on her face. I'm pretty sure she thinks it's some kind of elaborate trick I'm playing on her. Not that I'm prone to teasing the dog or anything. >.>

He is just like the dog from the movie my fiance mad me watch (Marley I think?). Basically a 5 year old 90 pound puppy that does whatever he wants, but he is allowed to because of his unconditional love.

I tried e-cigs a long time ago, and couldn't find a balance between dripping (the only thing that worked for me) and a busy life-style that didn't work well with dripping. I checked back recently to find all the awesome tanks, clearomizers, etc. - the technology has come along so quickly that I was able to quit immediately this past Saturday without a craving at all! :)

I have 3 cats and a Jack Russell...

2 cats are usually too busy to pay any attention.
The dog doesn't care as long as I throw the toy.

The oldest cat (who is going blind) has decided that her favorite place to be in her old age is next to me. When I smoked she would give me a dirty look and stalk off to her box. Now that I'm vaping she only looks at me if I happen to disturb her otherwise she just doesn't care.

I never had my current cat when I smoked analogs but when I vape she doesn't shy away. But when I (rarely) let a smoker smoke in my house, my cat runs to a dif. floor and hides... I tested this by vapeing and blowing the vape in her general direction and she didn't run off. Actually her tolerance is very high to vape although I don't push it..

The first line you typed is so very true! What's up with the avatar kitty?

That is Freya.
We adopted her from the shelter as a tiny kitten years ago.
The entire litter was abandoned at that shelter and they all had bad eye infections.
Freya was the only one that did not respond well to the antibiotics. The vet had to remove that one eye.
For a cat with no depth perception, she does amazingly well.
