How I learned about how awesome Smokeless Image's batteries really are

I did drop an X2-650 with a clearo on it into a pot of marinara sauce I was making (hands free is tought with an X2). The sauce never got into the battery itself so there was not damage, other than the first few drags, after it was cleaned off, tasting like marinara and SI RY4.

The battery is the brains of the operation. If you have a problem charging, it is most likely the battery. The battery contains the Li battery charging circuitry. The USB Charger is nothing but an adapter, and a current monitoring circuit that senses when current is flowing into the battery. Whatever wall wart you're using does nothing but convert 120VAC to 5VDC and push current out (or allow it to be pulled out, more specifically). The battery is the only 'smart' device in the chain.
