We all started right about where you're at now, myself not so long ago. It can get aggravating at times, and maybe you'll need to put it down a while & come back later. But there's a lot of good help in the rba section so read up &/or ask away. Just keep after it & eventually you will get it, & the results will be well worth it!

Not gunna lie, the results are already worth it. Despite the shameful build, thing vapes like a beast. Kills my battery unbelievably fast though

Shameful? That's an acceptable build, especially as your first. Be proud, not ashamed! Vape proud and every time you blow a cloud of vape in the air, exclaim, "I BUILT THIS ....!!!!!!"

Nice 1st build...I just built my 1st about an hour ago. I only have a pic of it firing. I think it's okay and I know I can get it better!!!

Good work! Couple tweaks, maybe. In the pic the top and bottom are glowing brighter than the middle two wraps. This suggests that the middle two are too tight. Also (probably same reason), I can't see your top leg, but the bottom one is glowing all the way to the screw. Its better if its not glowing by the time it no longer touches the wick.

How do I get it not glow after it touches the wick?
