Hey Icey, Spoke with you a while back. The wife and I just bought a few 3.5ml tanks and so far we are pleased with them. For us, the full tank will last all day. I do pop the drip tip off and drip a drop or two every now and then to "help it out" :D

If your asking about the carto time till spent, We generally run ours about a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Depends.

Im excited to see the latest craze of tanks and things but they need to improve on the material the tanks are made of because we have had some crack in 1 days time. Buy a couple to be safe. I'm thinking bout buying some ss tanks from BDV Lil' Mama 3ml Tanks : Big Daddy Vapor

Take care, hope this helps

Well met, mate. Good to hear from you again. I wish there was some way to expand the life of cartomizers. They are full of potential vapor and taste production. I know people say it cost them .50 a day to vape but in reality, why by charged a day to vape? All people should care about is battery cost and juice cost. I literally spend 14$ (plus shipping) buying two packs every month.

However, this comes to mind:
Ready Made Cut E2 For MAP Tank 2.4 ohm

Would these last longer?

Hmmm, we may be talking about two diff tanks?? We have tried the little 3.5ml tanks from madvapes. Which by the way are on sale right now for $8.99 and use a 1.7 ohm (round about) carto.

Now then there are these little buggers that am in wanting to try myself. VISION Stone II Tank Mod : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more But they are out of stock at the moment.

As for a carto puncher, your local hardware store prob sells a little puncher for copper pipe. The kind used when installing an icemaker etc. Something like this Shop tube valve at Lowes.com: Search Results But I have seem heavier duty ones mentioned here on ECF somewhere. We have just been using the "pre punched" cartos.

Any carto will last anywhere from 10-15ml before they need to be tossed. Since they usually become burnt by that time. Cartos aren't made to last forever and meant to be disposable. I would say it's worth it when you can get about a week from them.

If you want a cheap carto puncher. Just get a 1/4 inch self tapping saddle valve. It can be found at your local hardware store.

Was the crack from some kind of physical trauma, or did it just decide to crack on it's own? Cause I've read that there is many juices out there that will crack the poly-type tanks.

Perhaps an investment in a Pyrex glass tank would suffice! I'm thinking about getting one myself.

+1

On a Phiniac tank. They are very well made and many of them are hand made. Have two of the textured tanks myself and have to say that they are also a work of art.

Crack was from no trauma at all. Just a crack from the top cap down about 1/4 inch. The tubes (some) are way to thin and made from the wrong material to keep cost down. I'm looking into some heaver duty ss tanks but I'm having a hard time with the $40+ price tag. I will look into the Phiniac tanks
