The thing that confuses me a little is, if i'm addicted to throat hit, which i am, and the only throat hit i get is from high levels of nicotine, how can i cut down how much nicotine i use ?. For example : if a started using 30mg instead of 36mg, the throat hit would be hardly noticeable, and then i'd have to switch back to 36mg again.

So i'll continue to use 20ml of 36mg vg e liquid a week, because it's not likely i'll get any satisfaction using anything less, even if i did try to vape more e liquid.:vapor::vapor:

I had a 30ml bottle last me a little over two weeks so I guess I'm going through 12-15ml per week. Is that about average? It is much cheaper to purchase on the internet but that also requires a little planning to allow for shipping so I'm trying to figure out how much I need to keep on hand to not risk running out.

How long does a bottle of juice last me? Never long enough, lol!

Actually there's likely a very large range of "normal" liquid usage here. I buy my ADV in 100ml bottles (largest they sell). That'll last me about 5 weeks. But I've got untold numbers of 6-15ml size bottles of samplers I'm always dipping into. I'd say I go through ~30ml a week total.

higher levers of pg can lean towards throat hit, higher volts while vaping can lean towards throat hit, lower resistant atty's can lean towards throat hit, warmer vapes (top coil tanks) can lean towards throat hit

When I first started I bought the juice as I needed it but then realized that wasn't gonna work now i make an order for at least 60ml of juice a week. I now have a decent stockpile of juice that will last a good long while if I don't use my bored out dripper. It seems when I go sub ohm I use upwards of 15ml a day if not I use roughly 8ml daily. Hope this helped.

I have an ADV and then rotate flavors in the evening. I'm going through between 2 and 3ml/day. When I dropped to 12mg nic from 18mg, I thought I stayed about the same usage, but I seem to be vaping a bit more juice than I thought. That is something I want to be mindful about because I want to continue to drop my nic, just not in a huge hurry. What matters more than the amount I vape is that I stay analog free, no matter what.

Keep the vape and namaste.
