How long does a pass through battery last?

I recommend the Puresmoker PT. No battery. Built very sturdy. A bit more $$$ but totally worth it. Runs at 5v. Not sure how long the batts last on others, but I think the unit craps out first usually.

I would be surprised the unit failed before the battery, I don't really see how it can fail to be honest, it's just electronics like this computer, which has been going for years. 5v gives twice the vapour I believe. Anyway the Puresmokers are out of stock atm.
Looks like someone does not like keeping over priced battery manufactures in stock!!

I wonders how long a pack of poundland batteries last!!

Didn't you just send back a faulty 510 pass thru? You said the button to activiate it was missing?

My batt on my 510 PT lasted all of 2 days. Unit does not work without it.

I stuck a bit of plactic in where the button was and it works now but I will still send it back. But that is the only mechanincal part the other stuff should last a life time. I guess the cable is a weakness if it's poor quality,
Anyway if iyour is broke you could just cut the battery compartment out and join the wires, pretty easy to do. THen you have a 5v power supply.

You could use an inline resistor to drop it back down to 3.7v, I worked out the value to use in another thread.

Infact best idea would be to stick a 5 ohm potentiaometer (variable resistor) so you can adjust the vapor strength!!

Like this one!!
