how long does it usually take..

I ordered from innovapor they are great... they're a rather new company so it took a few extra days but its well worth the wait... Great customer service! Any questions or concerns you have they will answer right away very friendly staff... I will be ordering from them again... Just be patient and ur package will get there soon... Like i said they are a rather new company and working long hard hours to make us all happy 18 hour days at least so give em a chance you won't be unhappy.

I ordered my Evo on 7/6, I got a notice from USPS that they have bee notified to expect a package for shipping in 7/9. USPS website has no info regarding they have picked up the package from Innovapor yet. I am hoping to get my Evo soon, as I only have two options, go back to analogs or give those silly Smoking Everywhere guys at the mall more of my money. I really wish I discovered this forum before my wife bought me my first e-cig.

Ok, so to avoid being redundant, I posted about my order in another section of the intellicig sub-forum(innovapor? thread); All I will say here is that it was placed on the 7th, I've been in communication and was told to expect certain things(that it ships, at least by today from what their last email said), and now, at 7:30PM PST(10:30 EST), I am sure that my package was not shipped; no email, no confirmation on their website. makes me want to rant at these guys pretty badly...but, I'm new here, so I'll keep it short and end it here. Good Luck to all the others in my boat(I am sure you're watching, too)...let's see what happens. -j4mmin

p.s. for those who don't know, as soon as you start receiving emails from USPS, you're about 80% of the way there...with an excellent chance of receiving the shipment you ordered. Problems usually only start when your order is NOT picked up or recognized by USPS, meaning it's still in "limbo" at the company somewhere...My order is in that last category, and that is what worries me at the moment. I feel qualified to say all of this as I helped run a few internet start-ups for a couple of years(until I discovered the West Coast is flooded with internet-based companies :) )

p.p.s. Also, USPS is notoriously plagued with delays in shipping updates, so, I personally wouldn't count on them updating too much when, if shipped by priority mail, you should receive the shipment in 2-3 days anyway! However, as I look into it and hear from others, the problems have had very little to do with the USPS.

I'm honestly a little disappointed in shipping from Innovapor. I placed my order on Friday (july 17) night so it's almost been a week and I have not received shipping confirmation. My account on the website says my order is still being processed.

Just to put this into perspective, I ordered similar items from another well known vendor at roughly the same time on Friday and have been using those items since they arrived Monday afternoon. With that other order, it was confirmed immediately (order and payment), shipping tracking on saturday, arrived monday.

Are these kind of delays really to be expected from new vendors? Maybe it's just me, but I'd think that new vendors would get things out as soon as humanly possible?

My last problem is this: The innovapor warranty takes effect on the date of purchase and stays valid for 30 days, but I've already wasted 6 of those days and I have no idea how much longer I'll have to wait. It should be 30 days from receiving the package if they're going to take a week or more to even process the order.


(in case anyone is wondering, I have emailed Innovapor 2 days ago without a response)


***CORRECTION: Payment and order confirms were in my junkmail, but still no shipping tracker...***

Placed my order on the 16th and the 18th. !6th order I have a tracking number for that says USPS was informed they were getting a package that would go to me...the number I got for the order on the 18th doesnt exist yet.
I am at wits end...
Please PM me and let me know who you ordered your other order from...This was my first so I am still without ANYTHING:mad:
