I've heard it said before, " the coil lasted for a month".

I'm finding it hard to get a coil to last more than 4 days before the flavor falls off. And if I vape past the 4 days with the muted flavor, a day later the vapor production is slacking.

I'm going through 8 to 10 ml of 40/60 Vg Pg juice a day, at 27 to 35 watts.
I also want to note that the Arctic, Atlantis and the new Kangetech Mini V2 (that came with a o.5 vertical coil) get the above mentioned performance.
My rebuilt horizontal coils in the Atlantis and Mini get at most 3 days before going down hill.

When people say the coil lasted weeks, most leave out how much juice went through the tank.

On my subtank I can go about a month, but only if I regularly clean the coil when changing the wick by heating it up red hot and dousing it in a cup of water to get off the old gunk. Usually does a great job as long as I'm doing it every time that I re-wick. Oh and I re-wick in general about every 3 or so day, might stretch it to 4 if I'm not vaping as much.

In a week I only go through about 20 to 30ml of 20/80 pg/vg so in a months time I might go through 80 to 120ml of liquid on the same coil. Even then I don't feel that I NEED to replace the coil, I simply do it because I've got a tremendous amount of wire sitting here.

I'm on the third week now for 1.1 ohm Lemo coil @15-20 watts, probably 10-20ml a day of ~12% flavor 70vg/30pg 3mg DIY juice. I have not had to re-wick this one yet, though I typically have to do that after a week or two. I've only been using three flavors on it.

I used to have to change Nautilus coils in less than a week, it seemed. But that went through 50/50 juice slower than the Lemo, my Lemo 2 or my RBAs.

My 1st tank is a Delta II the guy at the store filled it up before it had been cleaned and told me to start using it at higher voltages (for the istick 30w I got with it) right away.

According to some youtube video of a guy who apparently burnt out a bunch of coils with these (and others I believe) youre supposed to start low like 15w even though its rated to be capable of 40+ and do a couple vapes, increase it a few watts few more hits etc...

That 1st coil that wasn't "broken in" didn't seem to last very long.

My 2nd stock coil it came with lasted longer once I followed that advice. Probably atleast a few weeks.

Now I got the RBA because I cant afford to buy these things that fry whenever they feel like it.

My 2nd tank is the one that comes with the subbox.

The 1st coil that came with it was working great and great flavor (this tank was washed before being used) then I think after some juice getting sucked up into the mouthpiece I used a Q tip to clean the top of the coil and didn't put any drops in after, when I put it back together got an awful dry hit and that seems to be the end of that coil.

The other one is a "mouth to lung" one and seems to be just awful in general.

So I'm using the RBA that actually comes with it. 1st time I think I put in too much cotton got some dry hits, now 2nd time I think not enough as there is no airflow and if I hit it hard poison juice in the mouth.

Depends on if i built the coil or not. If I built it, it lasts until I feel like building, then its not out of necessity, rather desire to build and having only one RDA! I do rewick every day.

If its my atlantis i go through a coil every 3 weeks or so.

If its one of my nautilus tanks, ummm i think im pushing 6 months now (its almost never used)

The first time I put a pre-made coil in my subtank, my juice killed it after two tankfuls (Bamskilicious Kool Apple). That juice is too sweet and gunks it up fast. I moved to the RBA section and the coil there lasted 2 months before I changed it out. The second one is still there 4 months later. I just change the wick every couple of days.

3 weeks to a month on my Aspire Nautilus. That's vaping 5ml per day of 60VG/40PG clear juice at 15W each day. However, that was with the old Kanthal coils. I'm currently using TC coils in my Nautilus now, and am still using my first one which I installed on June 28.

About 2 months on my Kanger Subtank, but it doesn't get regular use. As a rough estimate I would say about 15-20ml per week goes through that tank.

I honestly can't say for my Freemax Starre. I've had the tank about 2 months, run 5-7ml through it per day, sometimes a bit more, and I'm still using the original coil that came with it.
