Thanks
@cllmda Yeah im from England and I think May is the same month for those regulations here. Would you bother getting more no-nic or flavour pg/vg or do you assume like everyone else that it'll be cool to buy in the future?
I bought 2 x500ml high 200mg nic and a couple of small 60 & 100ml bottles 100MG Nic . I vape at 6 and 3mg nic, sometimes even zero so i figured it would be enough for several years.Im hesitating on perhaps getting an additional 500ml of 200mg nic just to be
extra extra safe and perhaps to help out mates. It really doesnt take up as much space as i thought in the freezer and the low nic "immediate use" bases can be kept in a box in a closet.
I also bought 2x500ml 50/50 at 6mg to have some ready-made handy for immediate use the first year or so

!
Living in the UK you should have no prob keeping some immediate stock like that in a box in a cupboard somewhere,I lived in UK for 3+ years while I was at Uni so I KNOW the homes there are definitely never overheated
Dont bother with the flavoring, there's no way they can do anything to that,it's so commonly used for food/baking etc.
The prob with the EU regs is that
no one really knows for sure to what extent each gov/country will go (beyond the imposed minimum requirements.).I think Denmark (and another EU country) has already banned EVERYTHING(all nic all ecigs !!!!!!!)I believe nic is now banned in Portugal, from what ive heard from Portuguese immigrants coming back from their holidays back home....the B&M stores are selling the zero nic eliquids then selling you nic from under the counter/the backshop pretty openly!
What
IS clear for moderate countries like France & the UK who will probably/hopefully ONLY impose the TPD's obligatory minimum requirements is that NIC will be limited to below 20mg (rough if you're a high nic user!) and eliquids
and NIC containing bases will be limited to 10ml plastic bottles!!!!!!.10ml!!!!!imagine how convenient that will be!And everyone sort of expects some nasty taxes added on to the price of anything containing NIC but that's not in the TPD itself .....
Its not clear yet either what will happen to NO nic pg/vg bases ...
normally,NOTHING, BUT..even though the govs will most likely not pass any official legislation concerning these items it is very possible that certain mainstream manufacturers will take it upon themselves to do things "
to stop them "druggies".... oops ...ecig users... from making their "stuff" with it."
Ive heard that Bo*ts has done that to their VG in certain UK shops = they've added a touch of lemon , lavender scents to their bottles of VG .Someone on UK vapers forum was saying that he was used to buying big bottles of VG at his local (London area) chemist for years and suddenly found ONLY these new scented bottles. He asked the manager who told him that "those ecig users use it to make their stuff with" so he no longer carried the regular unscented kind.No it wasnt an obligation,it was just a suggestion from management that some B**ts shops have followed and others havent. So we can always expect some problems from zealots who feel they have to save the world by going beyond gov legislation! The forum user in question was able to buy his usual big cheap bottle of vg at another B**ts shop.
I would maybe just order one big bottle of whatever PG/vg mix you use or ,better yet,One big bottle of No nic PG and one big one of no nic VG and keep them in a quiet, dark, corner somewhere JUST so as to have a year or so of base handy .No one knows what the effects of these EU regs will really be, maybe it will be a huge prob....or maybe there will be easy-enough workarounds and it wont be too disturbing at all ???
But best have a year or so of stuff handy while you (and we all) figure things out, right?.
Especially since its so easy, unflavored,no nic PG VG ,as i said, keeps very nicely in a quiet box on a shelf somewhere.
Also the EU and the various govs are NOT being very sensible or even LOGICAL about all this.
The Director from Totally Wicked said at the September Vapexpo (which was held in Paris in mid-sept) that his
obviously empty ecig kits (the usual starter kits with one ego+ one evod or whatever...) were being branded as
containing NIC and the gov thus made him put huge stickers all over them saying "
caution contains NIC = TOXIC on skin, really dangerous if you drink it etc etc etc). So,who knows, with that way of thinking they may well brand other things that dont contain any nic as" NIC content"!!!! lol!

Best of Luck & Sorry for the LONG post....
