How long should you reasonably wait for a refund or delivery?

Placed the order on 10-16-10 was sent to U.S and returned out of NY. Then resent by HC on 11-19-10, we have had many emails back and forth but today(1-9-11) I check status and pkg still in China at around 50 days out. Needless to say these items have long ago been repurchased as many were gifts for Christmas. I understand in dealing with China and this is not my first order but how long is too long to go without resolution or products? When does it all become a deal breaker for you?

Hi Dee, i am very sorry that your order had a very bad luck. your order placed on Oct was returned to us from the USA, because it was unsuccessfully delivered for unknown reason (the shipping address on your first order is correct). so we resent it with a new tracking number freely in Nov, wihch suffered a long delay from a huge backlog at airport in china because of holiday. our post office told us that it has left china a few days ago. you may receive it soon.

although it is not our fault, we still feel very sorry and bad and are willing to refund your all payment to your paypal account asap.

i am very sorry again for the unexpected disappointing experience with your order.

Holy cow! Well at least that gives us some idea of how huge the backlog is for the holiday registered mail in your area so we can adjust our expectations on when the packages will arrive, if they are only leaving the country this long after being mailed.

Patience is what I will practice since I/we were well warned about the holiday shipping delay. This is not a shot at you, Dee, your situation is completely different from that because of the reshipment/return problem. Good luck and good day everyone.

Placed my order 23 nov 2010 , not arrived yet ,not able to track , must say my patience is wearing a little thin now , i was aware shipping would be slow when i ordered but i think having nearly a 2 month wait is really not acceptable , to make matters worse my wife ordered some jewellry from china on the 9th dec and it was delivered here on 20th dec .

Sometimes you just have to write it off as lessons learned. US Customs can and is grabbing e-cig items at will, my order from November has never been fully satisfied. My initial order was received within 8 days, but all the hassle with the bad juice after that, I may have a replacement bottle of juice somewhere between china and me but who knows.

I did receive my replacement bottle of RY4 today, Mailed on the 12/27 and recieved 1/14 so that is par for the course with China air I understand. My original order on 11/23 I recieved on 12/2 and shipped via EMS, so that was fast regardless of the holidays.
