I don't know what happened, I never had an issue before. My email is just on yahoo, so I wouldn't think it would be that. It's no biggie, I just thought they should know. I haven't got a shipping email yet, but my package is on it's way across the country. I just logged in to my account to get the tracking number. I have no problems with LF, but someone who never used them before might think that they provider a lower quality of service than the stellar performance we have grown accustomed to and might be a bit confused. Again, it's no biggie, just an issue I thought they would want to know about.
