How long will a loaded CE3 go unused before a leak?

The CE3 should go for a loooooong time berfore it leaks, if it ever does. There is no vacuum in it. The pressure inside is whatever the ambient air pressure may be on the outside. The liquid stays inside by "surface tension" rather than by vacuum. If there were a vacuum inside, the liquid would stop vaping very quickly.

Clicking the "What he said Button" Not being a fan of the smaller tanks Ce3, Nanos or Cartos, I still have the first two Ce3s I filled over a month ago sitting in a pill bottle and they haven't leaked a drop they are flanked on either side by two Nanos that I filled when they came out, no leaks there either...
